I appreciate this challenge with StayFitbyGoals. The money is a good incentive but I feel that the best challenge was for myself to do better at life somehow. I found that I could make healthier life choices by cooking without so many carbs of any at all. Cauliflower lime rice has been a favorite for me with most meals. I cut out drinking alcohol for the past 3 months. I cut out sodas and juices and just consumed water. My clothes are fitting nicer and I feel that my self esteem is up a bit!
